Story Ants is an interactive fiction platform that allows users to:

  • Read and interact with AI-generated and user-generated stories
  • Create their own interactive stories with AI assistance
  • Contribute story branches and continuations
  • Share and collaborate on creative content

3. User-Generated Content

When you create or contribute content to Story Ants:

  • You retain ownership of your original content
  • You grant Story Ants a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
  • You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

4. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate story content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or aligned with your expectations
  • Story Ants is not responsible for any AI-generated content that may be offensive or inappropriate
  • AI-generated stories may contain fictional scenarios and should not be taken as factual information

5. Intellectual Property

Stories created using themes inspired by existing media (books, movies, TV shows) are original works set in similar worlds. Users must:

  • Not directly copy copyrighted material
  • Create original characters and storylines
  • Respect trademark and copyright laws

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
  • Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Story Ants does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • The accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
  • That the Platform will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

Story Ants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
